Prices for products in this store are given in US currency. Local Taiwan orders should use the US price while ordering online (the shopping cart is for US$ prices only), ask Lorraine for the local price when ordering in person. Please note that all online orders must add a shipping and handling fee for each order. Initial correspondence for all orders should be in English.
Unless specifically noted otherwise, all audio and video products from Brian David Phillips and Waking Dreams Hypnosis are recorded in English with no other languages available (some show performances or seminar products are presented via interpretation from English into Chinese and are noted).
Purchasing any of the products offered here places buyers under the purchase agreement that they are adults, understand that the material is provided as is with no final guarantee of results.
Anyone under the age of majority should not purchase our hypnosis recordings, although parents or guardians are certainly free to purchase such products for the appropriate use of children under their care.
Refunds are not available for digital download products (although defective physical products of this type will be replaced if returned within three months of purchase). Other products from the stores at Waking Dreams or our Tarot sales site are subject to the returns policies from those vendors.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for the T-Shirts, apparel, or other items here from Waking Dreams. If there is a defect in your order, you must contact Printful, our print-on-demand contractor, directly. Contact information should be included with your order package. Please be sure to contact them in a timely manner or they may not be able to help you.

Digital download products will be available for download immediately upon completed payment. Download links will be valid for 72 hours after purchase and will allow up to five download attempts before expiring.
It is recommended that potential customers verify system compatibility with our download system prior to purchasing downloadable digital products. An easy (and free) method is to go to Memberships and register for a free Basic Membership. Then check one of our many Free basic membership media resources (here) that includes a downloadable file such as the Micro Relaxation file or others in that category. Once you’ve verified that your system works fine for audio file downloads, proceed to the Store to make your purchase. While most folks have no problem with streaming resources or downloads, some people with slow or unreliable internet coverage or those using out of date browsers, particularly certain versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer report difficulty. While we’re happy to work with folks as best we can, some incompatibility issues are outside our scope. It is wise for customers to verify their system is capable of downloads and compatible prior to purchase, especially since it is refunds are not available for digital download products.
For physical product pieces ordered directly from Waking Dreams Hypnosis, please allow two to four weeks for delivery, dependent upon stock availability and your local postal service for international packages from Taiwan.
